JUDAS PRIEST To Play Entire British Steel Album For Upcoming Tour
Metal gods Judas Priest plan to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their classic 1980 album British Steel by embarking on a special tour next year featuring a performance of that LP in its entirety. This information was revealed by the band’s guitarists, K.K. Downing and Glenn Tipton, during an interview they gave to the Spanish web site Rafabasa.com on March 15 prior to the Madrid concert on Priest’s “Priest Feast” tour.
Judas Priest have announced the following U.S. dates so far:
Jul. 01 – The Family Arena – St. Charles, MO
Jul. 02 – Summerfest, Harley Davidson Stage – Milwaukee, WI
Jul. 03 – Taste Of Minnesota at Harriet Island – St. Paul, MN
Jul. 09 – Molson Amphitheatre – Toronto, ON
Jul. 11 – PNC Banks Arts Center – Holmdel, NJ
Jul. 12 – Nikon At Jones Beach Theater – Wantagh, NY
Jul. 17 – Moondance Jam 18 – Walker, MN
Jul. 18 – Rockfest/Chippewa Valley Music – Cadott, WI
Aug. 02 – Gibson Amphitheatre – Universal City, CA
